Isaac Su is one of the co-founders of Joint Investment Funding Group. Before establishing the company, he once served as a salesman in a large real estate company. Starting out at the lowest position, he was promoted to sales manager from an ordinary real estate salesman within several months. After the company establishment, he always followed the principle of customers first, employees second and shareholders third. Within a year, the Joint Investment Funding Group was developed in to a team that consist of more than 70 people, originally starting out as a team which was comprised of a small group. Isaac always adheres to integrity, morality, professional and responsible spirit. He treats customers and employee as his friends and family. His goal is to be a positive leader that constantly develops with company employees and customers.

Jacky Yang is one of the co-founders of Joint Investment Funding Group. With nearly eight years of experience in risk management and real estate investment, he has a keen touch and unique view for the industry. Jacky has a bachelor's degree from University of Technology Sydney. Before establishing Joint Investment Funding Group, his annual sales once reached over fifty million and his team also created billions of dollars sales. With the knowledge he has on investment, Jacky have managed to own more than 10 properties all over Australia.

Senior Sales Manager

Felix Liang is a senior sales manager in Joint Investment Funding Group. He has five years’ senior accountant experience in a Fortune 500 Company and nearly 8 years’ experience in individual risk management and real estate investment. He has developed a precise logic from a strong accounting career, a unique real estate industry sense and opinions based on data analysis. Felix has a bachelor degree in Macquarie University and a MBA degree in Newcastle University. In 2015, he once participated in the investment and operation of the Australian and Chinese real estate project before joining Joint Investment Funding Group.

Executive Director & Senior Sales Manager of JIF Realty

William Lam is one of the founders of Joint Investment Funding Group. With nearly four years’ experience in risk management, property management and real estate investment, he has a keen touch and unique insight for the industry. William has a master degree in business administration in University of Technology Sydney in Australia. After the establishment of Joint Investment Funding Group, his personal annual sales reached over ten million and the sales of his team even doubled. He also set up JIF Realty （Property Resale & Management department）and established a reliable management team with professional property management and meticulous services. Meanwhile, he is familiar with the investment portfolio which helped him to own multiple properties in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and other places.

Human Resources Manager & Real Estate Lecturer

As the personnel manager of Joint Investment Funding Group, Sarah recruit talents for the company. Previously, Sarah has been engaged in sales in the real estate industry in Australia for nearly six years. She has impressive sales performance in Wentworth Point and several large projects in Rhodes and Brisbane. Sarah is well known for her unique understanding of the qualities in successful, committed, hardworking employees, this has made her able to explore more talent people. Sarah has previously engaged in media and as a training education instructor in China, bringing the latest and the most comprehensive real estate knowledge to new people in real estate field. The unique style in real estate analysis and speech she has have made her stood out as a lecturer.

Shelly Le joined the Joint Investment Funding Group in 2015. Ever since she joined, she has won the “Top Sales" award for two consecutive years. She also led the team to win the "Top Sales Team" in the second year. Her keen investment perspective, personalized product recommendation and quality customer service makes her stand out in the industry. Shelly obtained a professional accounting and international trade double master degree at the University of Sydney. In the past, she was engaged in the financial industry and real estate industry in Shanghai, China. She was once responsible for investment work in the largest industrial park in Shanghai, Lingang Industrial District, so she has rich experience in the Chinese and Australian real estate industry.
